SIGNATURE REQUIRED - By default, a Fred Beans Parts does not require a signature for the delivery carrier to deliver your package. If you would like a signature to be required for the release of your package during the time of delivery - please choose this option.
We urge you to choose this option if your package is going to be delivered to an Apartment type setting, or if the package carries a high value. The carrier will leave your package at the address specified even if nobody is present to accept it. This leaves an opportunity for the package to become misplaced, theft, etc. There is no recourse to resolve those possible situations if you do not choose the signature required option.
Please read and fully understand this - If you do not choose a signature to be required for delivery, your package will be left unattended at the address specified on the shipment if nobody is available to accept it upon delivery. If the package becomes Lost, or Stolen & no signature is required - there is no available recourse to obtain a reimbursement, or replacement product.
PACKAGE INSURANCE - By default, all orders are insured up to $100.00. This is good towards reimbursement, or a replacement product. Anything beyond $100.00 is not covered unless you choose this optional Insurance.
Fred Beans Parts urges you to consider adding this optional Insurance to your order if the order value is above $100.00.
By choosing our optional Insurance, Fred Beans Parts can issue you an immediate replacement product, or reimbursement up to 100% of the order value should it become Lost, or Damaged in transit.
If you elect not to choose the optional Insurance and your package becomes Lost, or Damaged in transit - we are only able to offer up to $100.00 for a replacement product, or reimbursement regardless of the order value.
