Warranty claims may take up to 45 business days.
Items that have been installed cannot be returned for any reason, as they cannot be re-sold as new.
Items returned must be in their Original packaging and 100% complete. No exceptions.

Return Shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
All Return Request’s are at the sole discretion of Fred Beans Parts.
Once your request is reviewed, you will be notified with our decision via email. If your request is accepted, you will receive a UPS Return Label for the merchandise via email. The label can then be printed, applied to the package, and dropped off at the nearest UPS store / facility. Once the package is received and inspected, you will then be credited less all shipping and re-stocking fees.
*If you are requesting a warranty exchange, your replacement part will not be shipped until the defective item is received and inspected. No Exceptions.
